This is the platform where rugby education and certificates are administered. Completing online modules will give you certificates of your new skills!
Although rugby training is versatile and good for the entire body, you might want to do some extra training to get a leg up at rugby training and at games.
Besides lifting weights at the gym and going for a few jogging runs a week, we recommend bicycling as much as possible (to work/school at least?), morning pushups and situps, working standing instead of sitting.
Ask yourself where you can find everyday workouts! :)
